Today, coz of something, I think about result oriented or process oriented. Which are my types? It's better to be result oriented person or process oriented? Maybe person with result oriented will do anything to reach their dreams. OTOH, the person with process oriented is the un-careless, 'always think before do' kind of person?
Today what I thought was about which are mine, and I have to change it. It might be I am the last type, always think, worry, but in the end can give the best result. The result always average level. And I never thought for a long term of plan in my life well, seriously. Then I suggest myself whether I has to change and fix it?????
But, I think process oriented method is not bad at all. When you serious with what you do, planned well, doing hard, maybe you also feel failed, and you try again and again, and then try to looking back for a while. You will realized, that you already pass up to the next level, you have made progress.
But, in the fact, it was so hard!!!!!
